Billing & auto-renewal
Your subscription is billed in advance at the price and interval shown at checkout and renews automatically each period until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at each renewal. Prices may change on prospective notice, effective at your next renewal.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused part of a period.
Refunds — all sales final
Because Piklyt delivers digital picks and analysis that are accessed immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Buying, viewing, or otherwise accessing picks or content constitutes use of that billing period.
Our discretion / disputes
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in individual cases (for example, a genuine billing error or a service outage). If you have any billing concern, email support@piklyt.com first — we will work with you. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank; unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Free trial / promotions
If a free trial or promotional price is offered, its specific terms (length, what happens at conversion) are shown at signup and control for that offer. **[CONFIRM if a trial is offered at launch.]
